My Promise to You

That’s the number of minutes I’ve been part of the Monetate family. For each of those ticks of the clock, I’ve been reminded what a gift it is to lead our community. With each meeting, employee lunch and strategy session, I feel the passion and urgency to build on all we have accomplished together these past 10 years.

Much of the past 14 days has been spent talking to Monetate employees, and we’ve been talking about you, our customers. I’ve been gratified to see the level of commitment that our team has to your success and how much they enjoy working with you. Our conversations have been totally open, sharing what we have done well, and where we have fallen short. This candor makes me confident, because everywhere I turn there is evidence that Monetaters care.

Monetate has a long history of unwavering commitment to the success of our clients. It’s a part of who we are, and why we serve, and it’s what drew me to the company. In everything we do is a promise to serve, and it’s a promise I intend to honor for every Monetate minute to come.

As we look to the future there are four critical areas we’re focused on:

1. We will help you realize the full potential of personalization. Every day we get the pleasure of helping brands advance their customer relationships through personalization. The Gartner MQ and Forrester Wave reports are evidence that adoption and sophistication of personalization strategies are on the rise, but as an industry we’re just beginning to understand the true impact of 1-to-1 marketing at scale. We will continue to invest in innovative technology that advances all of our practices.

2. We acknowledge that tools alone are not enough. We understand that you will now develop new marketing strategies and organizational alignment to take advantage of AI driven personalization technology. We will continue to hone our expertise so you can use that technology to become smarter and more effective.

3. We recognize personalization is part of a greater customer experience ecosystem. As a leader, we understand you are working with many technologies and you expect your partners to work together for your benefit. We will be proactive in understanding your full technology stack, and understand where we fit in to make everything you do better, not just your relationship with us.

4. We strive for excellence in our operational execution. We want to be the best partner that you work with in every respect.
