For many years, Internet Retailer has issued an annual list of top vendors. The personalization space is a crowded one, with 30 vendors that approach personalization in several ways, from product recommendations to targeted content and so on. So while the list doesn't compare features, we're proud to say we're always among the top 1 or 2, which is a great way to start 2018 for our hard working team and our fantastic customer community.

As you know, Office Depot isn’t alone. Retailers are going all in on e-commerce. According to Internet Retailer, 78% of online retailers plan to increase spending on e-commerce technology in 2018. Almost all, 95%, will be expanding their spend by more than 5% over 2017, many by more than 15%. While e-commerce platforms dominate spend priorities, mobile commerce and personalization are high priorities within that framework.
